This large stone house is set at the bottom of a lush valley, looking out onto olive and oak trees and a large garden. The ground floor of the farmhouse consists of a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a large double living room with fireplace and television, a dining room and an external porch used as a summer dining room that connects these two rooms.
The farmhouse is divided into two sections which are connected internally by a corridor in which there is a guest bathroom. On the first floor of the farmhouse, above the living room, there are two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. In the other part of the farmhouse, above the kitchen, there are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Above these is the turret, a completely independent double bedroom, with private bathroom and fireplace. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large lawn and at the rear is the swimming pool (13.00 x 6.00 m), while to the front you can enjoy the view of a field of olive trees. The Casale is available for holidays, events, weddings, parties and dinners. The Casale on the weekend is also available as an Home Restaurant by reservation (minimum 6 people).
